Dewdrops -
a poem by Rajiv Lather |
Dewdrops shine with joy
on dancing blades of grass,
shedding light on what is,
illuminating what was.
Some catch the sunrays,
wisdom makes them glow,
others bereft of light
languish down below.
Where do they come from?
How do they grow?
Why do they live?
Where will they go?
Life is a cyclic journey,
these dewdrops portend,
on a highway of time with
no beginning and no end. |
