Lesser Adjutant (Leptotilos javanicus) is a rare vagrant in Haryana. Locally called Chhota Garur, Bang Gor or Chinjara Chandana, it is found in the wetlands. This Globally threatened bird is similar to but smaller than the Greater Adjutant. Its food consists of reptiles, frogs and fish.
